IJMB/JUPEB A’Level Admission 2018/2019 – how to apply

IJMB/JUPEB A’Level Admission is an entrance examination that guarantees placement of qualified and certified students into 200 level of any desired university after the completion of the requirements. IJMB/JUPEB programme does not require JAMB Examination.

Notably, 80% of students that successfully enrolls for the IJMB/JUPEB usually secure admission into 200 level to desired course and institution as the certificate is accepted in ALL universities in Nigeria.

Yearly, about 30,000 students apply for this programme and more than 22,000 candidates secure admission into 200 level in their chosen university and course easily.

The programme is approved and accepted by the Ministry of Education as an alternative platform for gaining admission into any Nigerian University and outside without UTME.

  • To prepare eligible secondary school graduates to be admitted into Higher Institutions.
  • Reduce the rate of dropout in Higher Institutions and promote hunger for Education amongst students.
  • Enhance analytical and independent learning abilities and promote the intellectual development as well as oral and written skills of students.

PROGRAMME DURATION

The duration of this programme is one year, after which the students will be admitted into 200 level upon successful passing the entrance examination.

ELIGIBILITY

To be qualified to take examination leading to the award of IJMB/JUPEB Direct Entry Certificate, the student must be exposed to an intensive scheme of academic work related to the proposed course of study in the university.

MODE OF STUDY

Face to face contact Full time and Part time, Mondays to Fridays every week.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENTRY

Candidates for this admission MUST possess a minimum of 5 Credits at maximum of two sittings in at least 5 subjects (including English Language) related to the candidate’s choice of course of study in the university. Awaiting result is also accepted.
